Pre-course
EADA offers a complimentary pre-course designed to refresh and update your financial knowledge over the course of 3 modules:
- Financial statements
- Understanding the numbers - basic maths and statistics
- Micro and macro-economics
For participants with undergraduate degrees from fields other than finance, the pre-course ensures that they will begin the programme with the basic tools and knowledge necessary to analyse and think critically about companies from a financial perspective.
Business Situation Analysis: the Case Study Method
At EADA Business School, we use the case method to place participants in the role of decision-maker for real business issues. This challenging method depends on participants’ ability to identify and analyse business problems. The Business Situation Analysis course provides you with techniques to maximise your learning with the case method.
Beginner Spanish course (optional) To help you integrate into Barcelona, all Master participants have the option of enrolling in a beginner Spanish course free of charge during the first trimester.
- Personal Development Plan (EADA-Residential Training Centre)
- Teamwork and Cultural Diversity
This model will provide participants with a clear model to help them understand how a team works and how the contributions of team-working can be improved. The focus is on the key elements of working in teams, team-working characteristics and development, understanding the different roles within teams and getting maximum results from the team.
- Communication Skills
This module concentrates on the learning and development of skills needed in a context of social interaction with different stakeholders (clients, superiors, project team members, direct reports, etc). In particular, the module focuses on how to deliver effective business presentations that guarantee high levels of impact and influence on different types of audiences.
